These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Plan Loop Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Clients are expected to read and understand all terms and conditions before engaging in services.
Plan Loop Private Limited provides online residential architectural services, which include:
These services are offered exclusively online, without any site or field visits. Communication is conducted through phone calls, emails, or online platforms. We provide designs worldwide, and the Client is responsible for ensuring that the designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
The Client must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide correct or complete information may result in project delays or inaccuracies. Plan Loop is not responsible for any delays or errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate details provided by the Client.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the designs provided by Plan Loop comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and any necessary permits. Plan Loop will not be responsible for any non-compliance or failure to obtain required approvals from local authorities.
Plan Loop provides design services only. The Client is responsible for hiring qualified contractors, engineers, interior designers, or other professionals to execute the project. Plan Loop is not responsible for:
Full payment is required in advance before any work begins. If there are any increases in fees due to changes in the scope of work or additional requirements, Plan Loop will notify the Client, and payment must be completed before continuing with the project or proceeding to revisions.
Due to the nature of the architectural design service industry and the fact that multiple teams work on each project, once payment is received, no refunds will be provided. Clients acknowledge this policy by engaging in services with Plan Loop.
Clients are entitled to two revisions as part of the initial design agreement. The following revision timeline must be adhered to:
If the Client fails to request a revision within the allocated timeline, the design process will automatically proceed to the next stage or revision. After 17 days from the initial delivery, the revision process will be closed.
For any revisions beyond the two provided, a fee of 30% of the total project cost will be charged for each additional revision. The revision process must be completed within 3 months of the initial delivery. Any requests for revisions after this time will be treated as a new project and charged accordingly.
All designs, plans, and documents provided by Plan Loop remain the intellectual property of Plan Loop Private Limited.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs solely for the project specified in the agreement.
Any violation of this clause will be subject to legal action and may result in termination of services.
Any modifications to the original design brief after the project has commenced will be considered outside the initial scope of work and will result in additional fees. Clients will be informed of any additional costs before changes are made.
Clients are entitled to two revisions as part of the original agreement. These revisions must be requested within the specified timeline. If additional revisions are required, the Client will be charged 30% of the project cost for each revision beyond the two included in the original agreement
The revision process must be completed within 3 months of the initial design delivery. If this timeline is exceeded, Plan Loop reserves the right to charge additional fees and treat the project as a new one.
Plan Loop Private Limited will not be held liable for:
Plan Loop strives to deliver designs within 5 working days, but in cases of delays caused by natural or uncontrollable circumstances (such as disasters, technical failures, or supply chain disruptions), Plan Loop will not be held responsible.
The Client may terminate services at any time with written notice. However, the Client will remain liable for all work completed up until the date of termination. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
Plan Loop reserves the right to terminate services for any project if the Client:
If a Client's actions damage the reputation of Plan Loop Private Limited, including but not limited to public or private statements or actions, Plan Loop reserves the right to pursue legal action. Any defamatory actions or reputation-damaging behavior will be addressed through legal channels to protect the company’s interests.
Plan Loop collects and stores personal information provided by the Client, including:
This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering design services.
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information of Clients from unauthorized access or misuse. However, Plan Loop cannot guarantee complete security of data, as no system is immune to potential breaches.
The Client is responsible for safeguarding any design files or sensitive information shared during the project. Plan Loop is not liable for loss or theft of information once it has been delivered to the Client.
Plan Loop retains Client data and project information for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period thereafter, as required for legal and business purposes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
Plan Loop Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client, and continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
